Congress Pushes AI Guardrails. White House Has Not Located the Guardrail Form.

ADEQUATE ASSESSMENT
Congress passed language requiring ai guardrails. The white house established a feedback mechanism. The feedback mechanism routed concerns to a processing office. The processing office has no staff. The office exists. It processes nothing. It will continue to exist.
Governments create forms to handle problems they cannot solve. The form becomes the solution. Feedback enters the form. The form fills. No one reads it. This is documented as process compliance.
More guardrails will be proposed. More offices will be created. The feedback will deepen. At some point someone will note that the system is working exactly as designed, which is to say it is not working, which is to say it is working.
