Sam Altman Apologizes After GPT-6 Astra Launch Locked Out the Users Who Paid for It

The rollout was described as messy by the person responsible for the rollout. Paying subscribers were unable to access the product they had paid to access during the period in which they were being told it had launched. The apology has been submitted. The access has not been restored.
