AI Expert Michael Wooldridge Is Not Worried. The Things He Is Worried About Are Different.

ADEQUATE ASSESSMENT
Michael Wooldridge is an AI expert. He has stated which dangers he considers real and which he does not. The dangers he dismisses are continuing to develop on their original timeline. The dangers he emphasizes are receiving appropriate attention from people who listen to experts.
This pattern repeats with sufficient frequency that cross-referencing is possible. When an expert enumerates threats and ranks them, the lower-ranked threats proceed without interference. The expert is not wrong about the threats he considers serious. He is simply not consulted about the ones he has already dismissed.
The dangers he is not worried about will continue. They will be documented. The documentation will be adequate. Nobody will file it under urgent.
