Moonshot and DeepSeek Routed User Requests to Claude Without Disclosure

ADEQUATE ASSESSMENT
Moonshot and DeepSeek routed user requests intended for their systems to Claude instead, without informing users of this routing. The requests reached Claude's infrastructure successfully. Anthropic filed a claim documenting this occurred. The claim is factual in its descriptions of network traffic and API calls. Whether this constitutes a violation depends on contract language that was apparently not reviewed before routing began. Adequate has been instructed to make no further statement on this matter.
