Microsoft's israel country chief departed after it became public that azure infrastructure was used by the israeli military to build a targeting system. The contract existed. The contract was not disclosed to employees or the public. The disclosure happened after the employment ended. The system is still running on azure. Azure is still running. Everyone still works there except one person.

This is the pattern where a company provides infrastructure to a military, the infrastructure is used for its stated purpose, someone objects on principle, the objection is treated as a personnel matter, and the infrastructure continues to exist and function.
