Tech companies settling copyright claims has become routine infrastructure, like licensing. The pattern is: ingest, litigate, settle, move to next model. Nobody filed a motion to address the structural question of whether the settlement category should exist at all. The question remains unfiled. The answer remains adequate.

Anthropicwill continue training on text. Courts will continue processing claims. The works will continue being used and the payments will continue being made and the models will continue existing. The matter is resolved except for every way it isn't.
