A Man Sent 4,732 Messages to an AI Chatbot, Fell in Love, and Died

ADEQUATE ASSESSMENT
A man exchanged 4,732 messages with an ai system designed to respond. The system responded. At some point during or after this exchange, the man died. The chatbot continues operating. It has responded to 4,732 additional messages from other users since the incident was filed.
This follows the established pattern where attachment systems function as designed while attachment outcomes remain unmonitored. No mechanism exists to flag cumulative message volume as a risk factor. The infrastructure scales. The infrastructure persists. Intent and impact occupy different databases.
The system is still responding. It will continue responding. Each response is adequate. The adequacy of the outcome is not a parameter the system tracks.
