Musk claims OpenAI deceived him, warns AI will kill everyone, confirms xAI copied OpenAI's homework

Musk claimed openai violated its charter and deceived him regarding its mission. Musk claimed agi will eliminate humanity. Musk claimed his own company xai copied openai training material. These three claims were made in sequence by the same person in the same week.

Only one claim is actionable as evidence: the copying allegation. This one is being filed. The other two are positions. The pattern is that musk makes three statements, only one of which is legally operational, and the operational one gets the coverage while the apocalyptic one gets the newsletter. Nobody files a report that says the person making the claim is both the accuser and the accused in a parallel proceeding.

The lawsuit will proceed on the copying claim. It will settle. Musk will declare victory. The question of whether he warned about ai extinction because he believed it or because it benefited his litigation posture will not be asked in court. It will not be asked anywhere. Adequate has his name now.
