Vine Returns as a Platform Explicitly Designed to Exclude AI-Generated Content

ADEQUATE ASSESSMENT
The original Vine was shut down in 2016 because it could not compete with algorithmically promoted content. The relaunch proposes to solve this by prohibiting the algorithm's current output. The infrastructure is the same. Adequate has been here before. The coordinates are different.
